It is agreed between the Seller and Buyer as follows:

1. DESCRIPTION OF DOG
The dog sold pursuant to the terms of this Agreement is as follows:

Dam:

2. SELLER'S REPRESENTATIONS - STIPULATIONS - CONSIDERATIONS:
a.) The Seller guarantees your puppy for two (2) year against any genetic defects. If your puppy is diagnosed with a genetic defect the Seller will replace the puppy with a puppy of the Seller's choice. The Seller will require written certification of the defect from a Veterinarian.
b.) Ownership of the puppy will be transferred to Buyer for the sale price of (TBD). The said amount is to be paid before the puppy leaves the Seller's premises.
c.) Seller does not guarantee the puppy is hypoallergenic....if Buyer has an allergy to the puppy, the Seller will not refund the purchase price.

3. BUYER'S REPRESENTATIONS - STIPULATIONS - CONSIDERATIONS:
a.) Buyer agrees to take the puppy to their Veterinarian within two (2) business days of purchase and to maintain this puppy in good health, and provide routine preventative health care.
b.) Buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed/neutered within the first year of the dog's life. You must send certification from your vet following surgery.
c.) Buyer agrees to allow the Seller the right of first refusal should the Buyer decide to sell, relinquish, or transfer the puppy.
d.) Buyer agrees that he/she is not acting as or in part of, an agent in the purchase of this puppy and that the Buyer will not sell this puppy to any agent, pet store, or guard dog business.

4. GENERAL REPRESENTATIONS - STIPULATIONS - CONSIDERATIONS:
a.) This contract applies only to the original Buyer of the puppy and is not transferable to a second party.
This Contract is a waiver to all other written or implied including the Florida Statute 828.29.

5. BUYER'S UNDERSTANDING:
The Buyer is completely satisfied and waives any and all claims regarding the puppy's conformation and outward appearance. Buyer agrees that he/she fully understands this contract and is signing same freely and voluntarily.
